Domestic shipping (US) is free on all orders above $90. Orders are generally processed and dispatched same day unless your order was placed on a Saturday or Sunday. If your order was placed on a Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on the following Monday. 

In event of a surge in orders, processing time is increased to 1-3 business days before shipment. Please note, orders do not process on national holidays as the post office and other shipping couriers do not work on national holidays. Delivery time is dependent on the shipping time you choose at checkout, orders normally deliver in 1-3 business days following the day you placed your order. 

Preorder items will have an estimated ship date in the description of the item. An item is not preorder if it is not stated in the description. All items on the website are in stock in our warehouse and ready to ship.

International orders deliver in 6-12 business days using USPS and 4-6 business days using UPS. Choose your preferred delivery option at checkout.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Noire Accents cannot predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Noire Accents isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after an international purchase is completed. If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges. Please note custom import tax and sales tax are two different taxes. We cover sales tax, we do not cover import tax for international shipments.
