Returns Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in the best condition. If your order arrives to you damaged due to the mishandling of the shipping courier you are required to report a damaged item within 24 hours after delivery according to your order tracking. Shipping Policy
Orders are generally processed and dispatched same day unless your order was placed on a Saturday or Sunday. If your order was placed on a Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on the following Monday. Please note, orders do not process on national holidays as the post office and other shipping couriers do not work on national holidays. Delivery time is dependent on the shipping time you choose at checkout, orders normally deliver in 1-3 business days following the day you placed your order for domestic (US) orders, please see our shipping policy for international delivery times.
